Terms and Stuff I’m generally available between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time, or you’ll get my phone machine. I check my email several times a day. Please refer to items by mold or model name, model number, and my item number. The more complete your information, the more accurate I can be. Items may be placed on hold for only seven days. If payment is not received after seven days they will be put back into stock. I accept personal checks (shipment delayed 10 business days) and money orders, Visa/MasterCard through Paypal online only; there's a link on my Order page. Shipping via UPS in the continental US is $11.00 for the first Traditional model and $2.00 for each additional model up to $100 total value. Value $100-$300 add $1.50; over $300 add an additional $0.50 per $100. Bodies may ship without insurance. Cost for small models, large lots, special services, other carriers and foreign shipping to be determined as needed. Shipping over 1lb.via US Mail within the continental US carries a $5 surcharge per package unless prior arrangement has been made. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Returns are accepted only within seven days and only if the item is not as advertised. I work hard to give accurate descriptions, and I stand behind them. You must first contact me for Return Authorization, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging for credit to be issued. Credit will be for the purchase price only, and will not include the cost of shipping, handling or insurance. Merchandise returns (except not-as-advertised items) will incur a 20% restocking fee. NRFB models are NOT guaranteed to be LSQ or mint!! There may be factory flaws, rubs, or missing paint damage on the side attached to the box. None of these models will be accepted accepted as a return item if removed from the box and found to have rubs or flaws. All prices and costs are listed in $US. I prefer not to trade, but my arm can sometimes be twisted. <G> If you have something unusual, interesting or hard-to-find, please ask.
